"My art is defined by decades of travel and living in many countries..."

"My art is defined by decades of travel and living in many countries around the globe. I resided in Latin America for 35 years, the Pacific Northwest for 15, and Europe for several years. An appreciation for native cultures has inspired some of my work, while an admiration of simple form and color has influenced the rest. My mediums include nautical sculpture, photography, and computers.

My work includes wooden representations of native canoes, some with fabric inserts, trompe l'oeil art, decoupage bowls, and photographs and prints of landscapes and people. Some of my art represents the overtaking of indigenous cultures by mass consumption or poverty. I have exhibited in galleries and stores in Arroyo Seco, Abiquiu, Santa Fe, Marfa, Texas, and The San Juan Islands Museum of Art in Washington State."
